The high school student community should be considered as the biggest national capital of a country. Of the most important choices of students at the end of the first period of high school is choosing the field of study to continue studying at the second period of high school. This study was conducted with the aim of studying the academic motivation of agricultural high school students in Alborz province in the academic year of 2023- 2024. The statistical population of the research was all the high school students of the mentioned fields in Alborz province (127 persons) who were selected by census. In this research, academic motivation was measured based on autonomy theory. The research method was descriptive- correlation. The tool for data collection was a questionnaire. Vallerand Bissonnette's 28-item scale was used to measure the dependent variable of the research (academic motivation. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that academic self-concept with a coefficient of 0.22, interest in the field of study with a coefficient of 0.245, and attitude towards continuing education with a coefficient of 0.294 had a positive and significant effect on students' academic motivation. In total, these three variables predicted 41.2 percent of the variance of the dependent variable. Applying interviews on behalf of agricultural training centers in order to select the most motivated students to continue studying in agricultural fields is one of the suggestions of this research.

In recent decades, the Ministry of Agriculture-Jahad has been holding informal skill trainings for farmers with the aim of extension of new technologies. The sample size was estimated to be 212 using the Cochran's formula. In order to select the samples, stratified random sampling method with proportional assignment was used. The validiy of the instrument was evaluated by panel of experts including specialists of the Agricultural Research, Education . For determining the reliability of the research instrument, the pioneer test method and completing the questionnaires by a group of 30 people, outside from the statistical population and calculating the values of the ordinal theta coefficient θ = 0.81-98 . Ordinal regression findings indicate that among the characteristics of the training course, instructor and content, variables amount of practical hours of the course, ease and comprehensibility of content, the amount of practical skills of the instructor and the amount of use of scientific and specialized visits in duration of the course” remained at the level of significance of 5% and the practical skills of the instructor remained at the level of 1% in the model. Also, the results of nonparametric Wilcoxon test showed that in five indicators, increasing the technical knowledge of users, increasing the skills of users, increasing income and improving the livelihood of users, improving motivation and job satisfaction and increasing quantitatively and improving the quality of products, there are statistically significant difference between before and after participation in the courses at the 99% confidence level

The principle of effective protection and exploitation of existing resources and inputs, is the one of the basic principles of sustainable development agriculture. For this purpose, education and empowerment of agricultural development stakeholders is a top priority for countries. Passive defense has been an important part of civilian defense and its subject area is deliberate external threats. This issue is of great importance in the agricultural sector due to the wide range of intentional external threats. In the meantime, the role of human resources in achieving the principles and implementation of passive defense objectives in the agricultural sector is more than other influential factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies for increasing the knowledge of the Ministry of agriculture- Jahad staff. The research method was survey and the instrument was questionnaire. The statistical population was the experts of the Ministry of Agriculture - Jahad (N=261). They were selected by systematic random sampling method (n=145). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by its external validity and reliability by calculating Ordinal Theta coefficient. SmartPLS and Stata software were used for data processing. The results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test showed that planning and provision of resources, appropriate training, incentives and points, administrative structure adjustment and field visits were among the most important strategies to enhance the level of passive defense knowledge of the Ministry of Agriculture Jahad experts. The results of enter regression analysis also showed that age and familiarity with passive defense goals had significant effect on increasing knowledge of experts.

Investigation the employment status of graduate in higher education institutes is one of the important and determine index in effectiveness of educational courses in order to promote the employment of the graduates. Therefore the purpose of this study was the effectiveness of training courses of technical and vocational centers in Imam Khomeyni center as the biggest educational centers in Jihad-e Agriculture. Target population included agricultural technician graduates in the five years period (N=355). For this purpose 170 graduates were selected by stratified random sampling method. Data was collected by a standard questionnaire from Kirk Patrick evaluation model in two sections: assessing employment status of graduate and determine the effectiveness of training courses in employment of graduates. According to the results of study 64% of graduates were employed. The results of the impact of training courses on scientific and vocational skills based on Kirk Patrick model (in four level reactions, learning level, job performance and graduates' behavior) indicated that reaction of 43 percent of technician graduates in this center about training courses have been moderate.77 percent of graduates expressed that learning level in training coerces in this center have been moderate. Also, job performance among 44 percent of graduates was moderate. Finally 59 percent of graduates expressed that have more behavioral changes than those who were not trained. Results of structural equation modeling(SEM) indicated that except the reaction level, three other levels (learning, performance and behavior) had more roles in determining the effectiveness of training courses in this center.

The philosophy of applied-science higher education of Iran is development of entrepreneurship in agriculture sector thought training of entrepreneurs graduated student. In this regard, Imam Khomeini Higher Education Center (IHEC) has tried to become an entrepreneurial center in agriculture by design and implementing programs such as; entrepreneurship farm, learn and earn project, entrepreneurship plan, farm field school, education, extension and research tour, science and technology park and workshops on entrepreneurship education. So this study aimed to identify the effective factors and its relationship with the development of entrepreneurship in Applied Scientific Centers of Jihad-e-Agriculture. The statistical population of this study consisted of all faculty members, instructors and managers of Imam Khomeini Higher Education Center (IHEC) equal to 72 people which by the census method data gathered. The main instrument of the research was a questionnaire which its validity was confirmed a panel of educational specialists and its reliability was approved by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient over 0.7. Based on result of factor analysis of factors effecting on entrepreneurship development, 7 extracted factors explained about 70% of total variance. Finding of Friedman test showed that there were significance difference between factors and education of entrepreneurship factor was the most important factor of entrepreneurship development. Also based on pathway analysis three factors including “education of entrepreneurship”, “entrepreneurship policies and missions” and “innovative practices” had significant direct and indirect effect and 4 other factors had significant direct effect on dependent variables of level of entrepreneurship development.

This research aimed to determine the improvement factors of short term in-service educational programs and motivational methods for employee’s participation development in these courses. Quantity and quality research methods applied in this study. In qualify methods was used the In-depth interview and was used the survey methods in quantity sector. A research-made questionnaire was used as research instrument which its validity confirmed by a panel of experts and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) and reliability was evaluated by Cronbach’s Alpha and Composite Reliability (CR). Statistical population in qualify sector was included personnel education experts that were selected by snowball sampling. The 10 participants were selected. Statistical population in quantity sector were experts of ministry of agriculture jihad (N=280) and staff managers (N=1075). Sample size of experts was determined by Cochran formula (n=160) and Sample size of staff managers were determined by Cochran formula (n=162). The random sampling was used for sampling. The result showed that the effectiveness of staff training courses less than average in improving the effectiveness of job (12.64 from 20). The result of confirmatory analysis showed that in variables related to design factors, “Designation teachers Authorization in changing curriculum and course content”, variable related to selection factor “using direct personals point of view”, variables related to implementation, “implement forecasts made in the action plan” and in variables related to Monitoring, evaluation and modification factor, “monitoring technical and vocational teachers qualification” had the highest share in explaining the latent factors.
