The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship be-tween livelihood capital and environmental behavior of rangeland users. This research is applied in terms of its purpose. The data collection tool was a researcher-made ques-tionnaire and the sampling method was simple random. The statistical sample included 190 rangeland owners living in rural areas of Saral Rural District, Divandarreh County, Kurdistan Province. The results of the correlation showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all livelihood variables and environmental behavior of villagers, but the relationship between financial capital and environmental behavior is negative and inverse. The results related to multiple regression also showed that the human capital and social capital variables explained a total of 0.56% of the variance of the environmental behavior variable. The overall results of this study showed that any training for rural communities (learning new skills and professions, level of knowledge and skills about rangeland, etc.) can directly affect environmental behavior; Because environmental education and awareness are recognized as a key tool for changing atti-tudes, strengthening social responsibility, and promoting sustainable lifestyles, and this process, while creating knowledge, will lead to environmental behavior and strengthen the ability to analyze complex issues and make informed decisions in individuals.

One of the main challenges in the field of agricultural higher education is finding a balance between teaching and research activities. The main goal of this study was to analyze the content of this balance in the field of agriculture. To achieve this goal, a systematic review method was used in the form of qualitative interpretive content analysis. After searching and evaluating relevant studies, 125 studies were considered as the final sample. Relevant research evidence was identified and extracted from reputable databases (Science Direct, Google Scholar, Jihad University Scientific Information Center, Civilica, and Mogiran). The analysis of the results showed that the components of the balance between teaching and research in agricultural higher education include current activities in the classroom, current processes in the structure of higher education system, existing infrastructure in the higher education system, interaction of agricultural faculties with the surrounding environment, resources and time, collaboration and interaction, evaluation and accreditation, and organizational culture are the factors contributing to or lack of balance between teaching and research. In this regard, to maintain the balance between teaching and research, it is necessary for three key factors, including curriculum relevant to current agricultural issues, faculty members, and students, to pay attention to this issue; furthermore, the attention of policymakers is also essential to create a suitable balance in this area.

The main purpose of this study was to identify the educational components of rural women’s economic empowerment to develop home-based businesses in Nahavand County. This study was an applied and exploratory research. In the first step, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 experts. At this step, the key components that could affect the economic empowerment of rural women in the future were identified (with emphasis on the role of educational components). A total of seventeen key components were identified. In the second step, based on the identified components, a questionnaire was developed. After completing the questionnaire, Mikmak software was used to analyze the data. In the second step, a questionnaire was designed. The weighting of this questionnaire was done in pairwise comparisons with numbers between 0 and 3. Then Mikmak software was used for analysis. The results showed that "holding training workshops to introduce the potential of rural women” can increase rural women’s capabilities and also prepare them to enter the economic market and ultimately become self-sufficient. In addition, the results indicated that “women's household products should be regularly presented in the local markets and exhibitions”. Agricultural agents can train rural women to increase the quality of their products. According to the results, providing these supports and services on a regular basis can increase the quality of production and increase rural women’s skills using virtual marketing to develop their home-based businesses. Agricultural agents can also enable rural women to create other jobs and connect more with each other.

In order to understand better entrepreneurial intentions and behaviors, we need to consider environmental factors, however, less attention has been paid to the effect of these factors on the individual behavior in the literature. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this study aimed to examine the relationship between perceived university support and students’ entrepreneurial intentions in tow Persian-speaking countries namely Iran and Afghanistan. The study's population included 1250 undergraduate agriculture students at Bu-Ali Sina University (N=650) and Samangan University in Afghanistan (N=600) in 2019 academic year, which 452 of them were selected using Bartlet’s table and proportional stratified random sampling. Study data were collected through a standardized questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire was approved based on the opinions of faculty members at Bu-Ali Sina University. The reliability of the research instrument was determined using Cronbach's alpha coefficients (in the range of 0.81 to 0.92). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and the partial least square (PLS) method. The results indicate that along with positive attitude and perceived behavioral control that are directly related to entrepreneurial intentions, university support also has an indirect but significant impact on shaping of entrepreneurial intention among students. The relative importance of the motivational factors (attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control) and its antecedent (university support) appears to be broadly similar in the two countries and add support to the applicability of the TPB model in predicting entrepreneurial intentions in non-western countries.
