The content in the educational program of training extension throughout history and in different countries has been of interest. Critical review of the content provided through agricultural extension and training programs is necessary to ensure their effectiveness; the performance of the extension system largely depends on the appropriateness of its content. The current research was conducted with the aim of examining the content of the training program of agricultural extension, qualitative approach and systematic review method were used to collect data, and the articles from the SCOPUS database, from 2018-2024 and according to the keywords and The prisma structure was selected, so 25 scientific-research articles were included in the study. The sources were carefully examined using thematic analysis and through MAXQDA2020 software. Findings 7 key themes, each of which has a central role in shaping the content of the training program for extension and agricultural training, including communication and compatibility, sustainability, technology, policy and budget, accessibility and inclusiveness, cultural sensitivity and stakeholders. These are introduced by 24 components and 86 codes. According to the results, this article provides valuable insights on the evolution of agricultural extension and training curriculum content and emphasizes the need for continuous improvement and adaptation in the face of emerging global challenges.

The high school student community should be considered as the biggest national capital of a country. Of the most important choices of students at the end of the first period of high school is choosing the field of study to continue studying at the second period of high school. This study was conducted with the aim of studying the academic motivation of agricultural high school students in Alborz province in the academic year of 2023- 2024. The statistical population of the research was all the high school students of the mentioned fields in Alborz province (127 persons) who were selected by census. In this research, academic motivation was measured based on autonomy theory. The research method was descriptive- correlation. The tool for data collection was a questionnaire. Vallerand Bissonnette's 28-item scale was used to measure the dependent variable of the research (academic motivation. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that academic self-concept with a coefficient of 0.22, interest in the field of study with a coefficient of 0.245, and attitude towards continuing education with a coefficient of 0.294 had a positive and significant effect on students' academic motivation. In total, these three variables predicted 41.2 percent of the variance of the dependent variable. Applying interviews on behalf of agricultural training centers in order to select the most motivated students to continue studying in agricultural fields is one of the suggestions of this research.

Today, growth of entrepreneurship training programs in universities and higher education centers are based on the pre assumption that entrepreneurship skills are acquired. The purpose of this study was to extract factors affecting entrepreneurship skills of students in agriculture training centers in three provinces of Fars, Khorasan Razavi, and Alborz. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of mixed data type. The data collection tool was a researcher- made questionnaire, content validity of which was approved by agricultural extension and education experts and its reliability was estimated to be 0.91 using ordinal theta coefficient. The independent variables consisted of educational, psychological, economic, and socio and cultural variables and the dependent variable was entrepreneurship skills. The statistical population of the research is last semester students in agriculture training centers in Fars, Khorasan Razavi, and Alborz provinces in 2018(670). The sample size was determined using Morgan table, 245 people and were selected by stratified random sampling with proportional assignment. The findings of spearman correlation test showed that factors: educational, psychological, economic, and socio and cultural had a significant positive correlation with entrepreneurship skills. Applying interactive models of structural Equation Modeling (SEM) indicated that the most important factor affecting entrepreneurship skills among respondents is psychological factor with the path coefficient of 0/63. Educational and economic factors affected entrepreneurship skills with path coefficients of 0/24 and 0/23.

Regarding the importance of employment in the rural areas, as one of the most important policies in agricultural higher education programs, nevertheless a significant proportion of graduated does not involve in rural activity. So this study was aimed to investigate the attitudes of agricultural students towards occupation in rural areas. The study was a correlation- descriptive survey and target population consisted of agricultural students of the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili in the 2016-2017 educational year (N=1192). Sample size determined using Cochran formula as 170 people and stratified random sampling method was used as a sampling method. The main research instrument was questionnaire which its validity confirmed by the panel of expert and reliability approved by AVE with the value of 0.40 to 0.48 and CR coefficient with a value of 0.77 to 0.88. The results indicated that almost 55% of respondents had the positive and relatively positive attitude towards occupation in rural areas. Also based on comparative analysis significant differences were found regarding gender and living place in term of attitude as boys and rural students had more favorite attitudes towards occupation in rural areas. Based on correlational analysis there were a significant statistical relationship between families’ income, years of living in rural areas and students’ interest with attitude. The results of structural equation modeling (SEM) also showed that three factors of "entrepreneurial individual characteristics", "social and economic factors", and "government supportive policies" explained about 86 percent of variance in dependent variable of attitudes toward occupation in rural areas.
