Agricultural extension has faced challenges over its decades of operation. ،o address them, a new extension system has been implemented since 2016, now known as current extension system. This study examines zoning system experts' opinions IN Ardabil province regarding the effectiveness, barriers, and strategies for ITS development. It is an applied-descriptive study conducted using a cross-sectional survey. The statistical population waszoning experts (N=173). The sample size was set at 108 experts. The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting effectiveness indicators, barriers and strategies for the development of the extension system. The questionnaire was validated by faculty members and extension experts. Its reliability was assessed using a sample of 30 experts. The alpha values were above 0.7, which indicates acceptable reliability. The results showed that experts evaluated the new extension system as average to weak in achieving its goals in various dimensions. The experts gave scores for all effectiveness indicators (ranging from 1-5) as follows: agricultural production areas (2.86), status of farmer participation (2.55), employment of experts in the areas (2.39), organizational communication (2.27), evaluation system (2.33), budget and financial resources (2.21), equipment and facilities (1.92), and administrative laws and regulations (1.86). Based on the exploratory factor analysis, three obstacles to the development of the new system were extracted, including weak policy, underdevelopment and infrastructure, and two solutions for the development of this system, including regulation and policy development, and management and planning. Accordingly, it is necessary to clarify, revise and modify the policies related to the extension system.

his study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of construction soldiers' activities on the performance of agricultural education and extension during its last period, i.e. 2018-2019. This study is considered applied in terms of type, and its research method is descriptive and analytical, and the type of research is quantitative, and the data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. The ordinal theta rate of the total variables was 0.91. The statistical population included the first group of all construction soldiers, 303 people, the second group: heads of rural agricultural Jihad centers, 303 people, and the third group: agricultural users, 382 people. The sampling method used was stratified with proportional imputation, and the sample size was estimated using the Cochran formula. Descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, range, maximum and minimum, variance and coefficient of variation cv) and inferential statistics also included one-sample t-test, Spearman's correlation coefficient, and structural equation analysis. From the perspective of the beneficiaries, the ability of construction workers to transfer issues and problems to the competent authorities has had the greatest impact on the dimensions of their effectiveness. Also, examining the relationship between the efficiency of construction workers and their success in different dimensions has had a positive and significant relationship. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the educational-consulting, technical-executive, supervisory and guidance activities of construction workers have had a positive effect on the performance of agricultural education and extension

Specialized training courses for employees at Razi Vaccine and Serum Research Institute are held on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines to improve the production process of biological products. The purpose of this research is to measure the validity of specialized trainings in the service of Razi Vaccine and Serum Research Institute in order to improve the biological products production process held in this institute. This research is a quantitative study with a non-experimental pattern, and the data collection tool is a form of a questionnaire designed by the researchers. The components of the research included: assessment of needs and information, content and heading, instructor, time and place, media and educational assistance, welfare and evaluation. In this questionnaire, the individual characteristics of the students, including gender, age, level of education, field of study, and job characteristics, including organizational position, work history, and cooperation history at Razi Institute, were investigated. In addition to, the titles of the training courses passed by the respondent were specified and the components of the training elements were completed in the form of a questionnaire. The purpose of this research project is to evaluate the effectiveness of the specialized training courses that were held in the three years ending in 1402. Based on stratified random sampling, the sample size was estimated to be 166 using Morgan's table. To determine the validity of the data collection tool, face validity was used, and to determine its reliability, the pre-test method and Cronbach's alpha test were used. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS software and descriptive (mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation) and analytical (Mann Whitney U tests, Regression, and Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients). The results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all the elements of education and the level of effectiveness, and this coefficient was higher for the components of the instructor and the content heading than the rest of the components, so that the level of satisfaction of the participants in the course. The results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all the elements and the effectiveness of training, and 72% of the variance of the dependent variable of training effectiveness was explained by the variables of needs assessment and information, content and title. Therefore, as much as it is possible to attract the level of satisfaction of the participants in the in-service courses regarding each of the elements of the training, this will make the course more effective.

information. The overall objective of this study is to evaluate the educational effectiveness of selection farmers in the province in improving production, unit yield, cost per unit area and technology utilization, and in general the effect of increasing quantitative and qualitative efficiency of agricultural products in Kerman province. The present study is a quantitative research in which a structured questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool. Document and library studies were also used to collect data. The statistical societyof the study includes the producers of horticultural products and the selection producers of horticultural products in Kerman province selected as top producers at the rural, county, provincial and national levels;this statistical population includes 4215 people. The statistical sample was estimated to be 229 according to Cochran formula. The face validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by several experts in the field and the Ordinal Teta method was used to assess its reliability statistical and inferential descriptive and inferential statistics statistics (T-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Mann-Whitney and Spearman correlation coefficient). Data were analyzed using SPSS 23. The results showed that selection agricultural producers can be effective in different educational aspects. The highest impact of selection producers is on increasing yields and reducing costs, followed by the application of new technology (modern irrigation, new machines, etc.) and the least impact on environmental protection and optimal use of inputs. Therefore, it is recommended to use the selection producers as educational and extensionalworkers and to organize educatioval classes and field visits in the organization's programs.

Promotion institutions disseminate new technologies among farmers in various ways, including mass media. In the present study, the effectiveness of radio, television, internet and extension publications in the dissemination of agricultural information among farmers was investigated. This research was a descriptive-applied study and has been implemented using descriptive-correlational method. The statistical population was 1433 farmers in Kerman province in 2016-17 which 100 of them were selected using Cochran formula and proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire that its validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability for different parts of the questionnaire was obtained from 0.83 to 0.89 by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Based on the results, TV, radio, extension publications and the internet ranked first to fourth according to their usage. Despite the fact that extension publications were ranked third in terms of usage, they were recognized as the most effective media. The relationship between age, education, experience, and media effectiveness were not statistically significant. The relationship between education level and the use of extension publications, the relationship between experience and use of radio, and the relationship between age and the use of radio were positive at the level of 5%, and the relationship between education and internet use were positive and significant at the level of 1%. In the end, recommendations were presented to enhance the effectiveness of these media.
