Organizational culture is a system of shared understanding of an organization and as one of the important factors affecting on the professional behavior of the organization employees. The main aim of this research was to study the impact of organization culture on educators’ professional behavior at Scientific Applied Agricultural Higher Education Centers of Jihad-e Agriculture in the Fourth Region Iran. The statistical population was composed of 560 faculty members and educators of the Institute of Applied Scientific Higher Education in 2013-2014 academic years, out of which 99 of them were determined according to Cochran’s formula by stratified random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire that’s validity was confirmed by a panel of experts. To confirm its reliability, 30 questionnaires were filled out in the Imam Khomeini branch of the Institute of Applied Scientific Higher Education in Karaj. Ordinal theta coefficient was calculated. Pearson Correlation test revealed that components of organizational culture including personal creativity, risk-taking, leadership, coherence, management support, control, identity, bonus criticism system had positive, significant relationship with educators’ professional behavior. According to the results of regression analysis, only six variables were qualified to be included in regression equation. They accounted for 64.5% of the variance of professional behavior-related variable. Three variables of bonus system, identity and leadership had positive impact and three variables of criticism, control and management support had negative impact.
