In order to understand better entrepreneurial intentions and behaviors, we need to consider environmental factors, however, less attention has been paid to the effect of these factors on the individual behavior in the literature. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this study aimed to examine the relationship between perceived university support and students’ entrepreneurial intentions in tow Persian-speaking countries namely Iran and Afghanistan. The study's population included 1250 undergraduate agriculture students at Bu-Ali Sina University (N=650) and Samangan University in Afghanistan (N=600) in 2019 academic year, which 452 of them were selected using Bartlet’s table and proportional stratified random sampling. Study data were collected through a standardized questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire was approved based on the opinions of faculty members at Bu-Ali Sina University. The reliability of the research instrument was determined using Cronbach's alpha coefficients (in the range of 0.81 to 0.92). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and the partial least square (PLS) method. The results indicate that along with positive attitude and perceived behavioral control that are directly related to entrepreneurial intentions, university support also has an indirect but significant impact on shaping of entrepreneurial intention among students. The relative importance of the motivational factors (attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control) and its antecedent (university support) appears to be broadly similar in the two countries and add support to the applicability of the TPB model in predicting entrepreneurial intentions in non-western countries.

This descriptive correlational study was conducted to investigate the relationship between employability skills and career adaptability among agricultural students. The study population was 1300 senior bachelor agricultural students of Bu-Ali Sina University and Arak University in the academic year 1396-1397. According to the table of Krejcie and Morgan, 341 of them were selected through proportional stratified sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Validity of the questionnaire was approved based on the opinions of faculty members at Bu-Ali Sina University. A pilot study was conducted to determine the reliability of the instrument, which the Cronbach's alpha values for the main scales of the questionnaire, was at the appropriate level (in the range of 0.80 to 0.93). The collected data was analyzed using Canonical Correlation Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling technique by the help of SPSS and AMOS software. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between employability skills and career adaptability. Notably, problem solving skills were significantly related to the four sub-scales of career adaptability (career concern, career control, career confidence and career curiosity). The results of the study reveal the importance of developing students' employability skills in order to strengthen their career adaptability. The findings have implications for the development of employability skills and career adaptability.

One of the most important social issues in developing countries, especially Iran, Unemployment University graduates in all academic disciplines, especially in agriculture there. Study aimed to identify factors affecting the students to self-employment is in the agricultural sector. The research was applied, and it was descriptive- correlation, in terms of controlling the variables, in which used a survey method. Study population was all undergraduate students of Khuzestan Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources University (N=942). Statistical sample was 304 students that determined by Krejcie and Morgan table and a random sampling method was used to collect data from students using questionnaire. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of agricultural extension and education experts. The reliability of the main scales of the questionnaires was examined by teta coefficients, which ranged from 0.70 to 0.90, indicating the tool of study is reliable. SPSS24 and AMOS22 software were used to analyze data. The results indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between Outcome Expectation, Self-efficacy, Perception of other behavior and Social structural factors (support and barriers) with intention towards self-employment in the agricultural sector. The results also showed that the variables of Outcome Expectation, Self-efficacy, Perception of other behavior and Social structural factors (support and barriers) has direct effects on the variable positive intention towards self-employment in the agricultural sector. Collectively, these variables are capable predict 85 percent of the variability intention towards self-employment in the agricultural sector.

The main objective of this research was using of canonical correlation analysis (CCA) to find relations between psychological capital and entrepreneurial traits of agriculture students. This research carried out by survey method. The statistical population of this study consisted of all agricultural students of the Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (N=2265). The sample size (n=225) was determinate by Cochran's formula and respondents was selected by proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data was gathered by a questionnaire, consisted of Index of Psychological Capital Questionnaire (Luthans et al., 2007) and Measurement Instrument of Personality Characteristics of Iranian's Entrepreneurs (Kordnaeij et al., 2007). Formal validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by an expert panel (including faculty members of agricultural education and entrepreneurship). Reliability of main indexes of the questionnaire was determined based on Theta (θ) reliability coefficient (0.82, 0.86). Using SPSS and SAS software, the gathered data was analyzed. The results showed that the most of students (64 %) are weak and very weak in terms of entrepreneurial traits. Also, more respondents (46 %) have moderate level of psychological capital, 24% in low and very low and nearly 30 %had high or very high. Calculated correlation coefficients revealed a significance positive relationship between psychological capital dimensions and Entrepreneurial Traits. The CCA indicated that there are two important pairs of canonical variables between psychological capital and entrepreneurial traits of agriculture students with correlations of 0.51 and 0.30 respectively.

The hope to select a suitable job among graduates is one of the important factors in ensuring their effectiveness and future success. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of career aspirations through individual learning on the career choice of agricultural students after their graduation. The Statistical Society was 180 students of higher education Center of Imam Khomeini (RA) in eight different educational fields in the academic year of 2015-2016, which by using Cochran's formula, 120 members of these students were selected by random choice that was in accordance with the base of the educational fields, and then the data were collected and analyzed. Standardized questionnaires were used to collect the data, and the content validity of the research instrument was confirmed by experts and specialists.
The reliability of the research tools was obtained by using ordinal theta coefficient in the range (0/71 to 0/91). Spearman analysis coefficient, logistic regression and the path coefficients were used for the relationship between variables, and the SPSS and AMOS software were used for the importance of direct and indirect impact of standard errors. The results show, there is a significant positive relationship with career choice and career aspirations of individual learning. The research results show that, however, career aspiration has a significant and positive relationship with the Career choice and individual learning, but the Career aspirations has no significant and direct impact on the career choice, However , by the way of individual learning with the path coefficient of 0/49, there will be a positive and significant effect on career choice,
