< p >One of the most important goals of agricultural extension is informal education of farmers through extension educationclasses. Continuous evaluation of this educational tool is an effective factor in its success. One way to evaluate extension educationclasses is to evaluate it by the farmers themselves by assessing the farmers'' satisfaction. Because extension educationclasses will be effective when farmers are satisfied with these classes. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting farmers'' satisfaction with extension educationclasses in Aleshtar township. This study used the Norwegian Customer Satisfaction Index as a theoretical framework of the research and the causal - correlation research method as the research method. The statistical population of this study was the farmers of Aleshtar township who had participated in extension educationclasses in 2015 year (220 people). Based on Krejcie and Morgan table, a sample of 140 these farmers were selected for the study. The data required for the research were collected using a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was reviewed and confirmed by a group of experts and theta reliability coefficient (θ= %78- %95) was used to determine the reliability of different parts of the questionnaire. Structural equation modeling was used to determine factors influencing farmers’ satisfaction through AMOS20. The results showed that the perceived value variable has the highest direct effect on farmers ''satisfaction with extension educationclasses and the perceived expectations have the highest indirect effect on farmers'' satisfaction with extension educationclasses. Also, in general, direct and indirect impact, expectations have the highest impact on farmers'' satisfaction with extension educationclasses

The Covid-19 disease has led to many problems and adversities around the world. The agricultural extension and education has also faced problems to provide its services according to its mission of transferring knowledge to farmers during Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the pathology of agricultural extension programs during and beyond Covid-19 and its impact on agricultural development was the aim of current research. The research is applied in terms of purpose and follows the qualitative paradigm. The qualitative method used is a hybrid of grounded theory and the Fuzzy-Delphi technique. The s tatis tical population of the research was the agricultural extension and education and rural development experts of the agricultural jihad of Hamadan province, as well as the faculty members of extension and rural development. The sampling method in this research was purposive based on theoretical saturation. The main data collection tool was semi-s tructured interviews. The collected data were firs t coded and then validated through the Fuzzy-Delphi technique. The results of the research showed that the harms of agricultural extension programs during and beyond Covid-19 were: Problems in providing face-toface extension services, lack of readiness of agricultural extension to adopt virtual education, low effectiveness of virtual education in providing extension content, reducing the profitability of the agricultural sector, endangering non-agricultural jobs and reducing face-to-face communication. On the other hand, the Covid-19 disease created opportunities related to development of virtual education sys tems during Covid-19 and changing the pattern of agricultural crops. Based on the results of the research, in order to the resilience of the agricultural extension and education sys tem in the face of possible future events such as Covid-19, the platform of virtual education should be s trengthened for the continuous and effective implementation of extension programs.

The aim of this research was to identify and explain the functions and capabilities of facilitators to promote rural women's entrepreneurship so that the results can be used to integrate facilitation in agricultural extension. This survey research was conducted in rural areas of Galikesh county, Golestan province. The statistical population of this study included facilitators and rural women of Galikesh county. The respondents (n=204) were selected by stratified random sampling. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was developed based on the literature review and interviews with a group of key informants in the form of a tri-dimensional model; its content validity according to the opinions of the expert group, and its reliability by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient [α = .964, α = .960 ] and C.R. [.967, .962] was confirmed. According to the findings, most of the respondents evaluated the functions of facilitators (47.06%), the capabilities of facilitators (52.94%), and the facilitation impacts (46.57) at a moderate level. According to the Spearman correlation coefficient, there is a positive and significant relationship between the three components of facilitation functions, facilitation capabilities, and facilitation impacts. According to the structural model test, the research variables explain 75% of the variance of the dependent variable, the consequences of the facilitators' activities, and the independent variable of capabilities explains 58.9% of the variance of the mediating variable of functions.

This causal-research study was conducted with the general purpose of factors affecting the performance of learners participating in the horticulture-vegetable and summer cultivation training course in urban agriculture. The statistical population of this study is the total number of learners participating in urban agriculture training courses held by the General Department of Municipal Education of Tehran Region 2 in 2019 (N = 80). In this study, census method was used. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The apparent and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a group of experts and the estimation of the reliability of the questionnaire was provided by calculating the sequential alpha (α = 0.97). Data analysis was performed using SPSS25 and AMOS23 software. According to the findings, the reaction with an average of 7.77 and the attitude of learners towards the horticulture-vegetable and summer cultivation training course in urban agriculture with an average of 7.02 =, is considered desirable. The level of knowledge of the learners participating in this course before the course with an average of 5.18 at the average level and after participating in the course with an average of 8.86 was very high. Path analysis findings using AMOS23 software also showed that the variable of agricultural work experience of learners (β = 0.99) has the greatest impact on their performance. Then the variables of learners 'reaction to the course (β = 0.85), age of learners (β = 0.83), knowledge (β = 0.63) and students' attitude towards the course (β = 0.62)

The purpose of this study is finding strategies for development and expansion of education in the national agricultural innovation system, with an emphasis on experiences in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province. Accordingly, the qualitative method of the empowerment evaluation and SWOT technique was used and the quantitative method of QSPM matrix was used to select the strategies. Hence, the research community is included 40 experts from the Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization of the province, which is in close contact with agricultural education activities and is well acquainted with the challenges and opportunities. The required data were collected at the first stage for identification of factors through SWOT analysis protocol. The weights of each of the internal factors were: strengths (2.374), weaknesses (579.2), and external factors, opportunities (2.171) and threats (2.994). These data show the overcoming of weaknesses over strengths and threats to opportunities. The findings of the research showed that the basic view and overall orientation in developing strategies based on opportunities and removing the threats of the external environment in a "out sized" environment is possible. In the second step, the scores of attractiveness were used to determine the overall importance of the strategies. The findings showed that five of the above-average score strategies had to be considered. Establishment and designing in-service training programs and development of short-term skills training for farmers, changing attitudes among policymakers for paying attention and support of education centers, and designing and development of agricultural education justification schemes are the most important strategies.
