The main aim of this correlation-casual study was to analysis the effects of extension education factors on agricultural water sustainable management (AWSM) in Hamedan province. The study was an applied research in terms of goal and it has used a surveying method in terms of data gathering. The study's population were all agricultural water experts, faculty members, as well as researchers enrolled in Agricultural Research Center of Hamedan province (N=130). A researcher made questionnaire was used for collecting data. In this phase, 97 samples were selected according to Morgan's table in order to complete the data. In description part for ranking the extension education factors both TOPSIS and SAW were used as well as in analytical part A structural equation modeling (SEM) methodology by PLS software was used to determine the proportion of the independent variables (extension education factors, attitude) in predicting the dependent variable (AWSM). The results showed that 19 percent of the dependent variable (AWSM) variance could be determined by the variables extension education factors and attitude. Among the extension education factors, the mass media factor was shown as the highest and the most important with a 0.255 coefficient.
