Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to present a model of organizational entrepreneurship training in agricultural Jihad training centers. This study is a descriptive survey in terms of purpose and method of data collection. The statistical population of this study consists of 296 experts of training and entrepreneurship in Agricultural Jihad Training Centers. Taking into account the size of the community and considering the use of structural quiz tests and the AMOS 24 software are used in their entirety. In this study, a 51-item researcher-made questionnaire (extracted from Azizi Research (2010)) was used. At first, the questionnaire was given to 5 experts of agricultural Jihad training centers and the main components and items related to each Component approved. Accordingly, the validity of the research instrument was confirmed by the use of a researcher-made questionnaire and by the use of experts, it was formally confirmed. To confirm the validity of the research instrument, after obtaining and confirming the validity of the questionnaire tool available to 26 community members The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated to be higher than 0.7 by Cronbach's alpha method. The results of the implementation of the final structural model show that the highest path coefficient is related to managerial factors with path coefficient of 0.89, second in technical factors with path coefficient of 0.87 and in third place educational approaches with path coefficient of 0.83 and fourth in educational content with coefficient of path. The route is 0.81.
