The Agricultural Jihad Organization can play a fundamental role in the development of the agricultural sector and achieving food security of the society. However, due to the lack of necessary dynamics, its performance has always been lower than the desired amount included in the development plan, therefore, its performance is seriously criticized. In this regard, the investigation of the factors that can save this organization from stagnation, and improve its performance is crucial. In doing so, this research was conducted to investigate the role of knowledge management on the organizational performance of Bushehr Agricultural Jihad with the mediating role of strategic measures related to human resource management. The statistical population included all experts of agricultural jihad organization in Bushehr province (400 experts). Using Krejcie and Morgan table, 210 of them were selected by stratified random sampling method with proportional assignment. The main instrument of this research was a questionnaire. The form validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by faculty members of the Department of Agricultural Extension and Education in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University of Khuzestan and its’ content validity was calculated using AVE, eventually, the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using ordinal theta. The questionnaire was based on the Likert scale (1- very little to 5- very much). Data processing was performed using SPSSV18 and Lisrelv8.54. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the dimensions of knowledge management can explain 75% of the variance of organizational performance of agricultural jihad experts in Bushehr province. The present study investigated the training needs of beet farmers in the province using Borich model and quadrant analysis. The study population consisted of beet farmers in Kermanshah province. Sampling was done using stratified random sampling and proportional assignment method. Using the Bartlett et al, table 254 beet farmers and 176 experts were selected as samples. Data collection tool was a questionnaire based on Borich model. Prioritizing the educational needs of these farmers from their point of view using the Borich model showed that two educational needs including identification, diagnosis and control of rhizotonia disease and rhizomania have the highest priority. According to the quadrant analysis, from the point of view of beet farmers and experts, all 29 educational subjects were recognized as educational needs. Comparison of the results of the two models showed that only two training needs( including identification, diagnosis and control of rhizotonia and rhizomania) in the first quarter Quadrant model were consistent with the top two priorities in the Borich need assessment model from the farmers' point of view. Given the inconsistency of the results of the two models,It can be concluded that extension experts and farmers dont have the same vision of educational needs.

Interaction with research institutes and centers is one of the components of the new agricultural extension system in Iran. In order to play an appropriate role of researchers in the agricultural knowledge network, senior extension-researchers and supportive researchers were defined as two main actors.Accordingly, the main purpose of this survey research was to evaluate effectiveness of senior extension-researchers in the new agricultural extension system of Iran. Statistical population of the study consisted of research network (N= 1908 pepole),out of whom 320 people determined as sample using Daniel's sampling formula and simple sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire; validity of questionnaire was approved by a panel of experts and construct validity (AVE≥0.51). Reliability of the questionnaire was approved by calculating the Ordinal Theta (θ≥0.77) and composite reliability (CR≥0.77). The collected data were analyzed by SPSSwin22 and Smart PLS3 software. Results of prioritizing showed that, in the context dimension, “compatibility of senior extension-researchers’ objectives with policies of the agricultural sector”; in the input dimension, “technical ability of senior extension-researchers”; in the process dimension, “participating in E-learning courses as teacher”; and finally, in the product dimension, “applicability of the recommendations to target users” were in the highest ranks. Also, results of prioritizing effectiveness evaluation dimensions of senior extension-researchers indicated that "product" was in the highest rank and "input" was in the lowest rank. Besides the confirmation of indicators’ homogeneity and reliability, the results of confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that effectiveness evaluation model had four components (i.e. context, input, process and product).

the present descriptive-correlation research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between information and communication technology and the job performance of teachers in conservatories and agricultural training centers in Kermanshah province through the mediating role of organizational agility. The participants in this research were 267 teachers of conservatories and agricultural education Centers in Kermanshah province (N=267), who were counted according to their number. To collect data from three standard information and communication technology questionnaires of Mahmoudi (2012); Patterson's job performance questionnaire (1990) and Sharifi and Zhang's organizational agility questionnaire (2002) were used. The convergent validity of the questionnaire was also calculated through AVE, which was obtained as 0.78.The research tool was checked through the ordinal theta coefficient (0.83-0.87) using R software, and the ordinal theta rate was 0.83 for information and communication technology, 0.86 for job performance, and 0.86 for organizational agility. 0.85 And overall 0.87 was obtained.SPSSwin22 and Smart PLSwin3 software were used for data analysis.Based on the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient, there was a positive and significant relationship between the development of information and communication technology and organizational agility, as well as between organizational agility and the job performance of agricultural educators.. Information and communication technology as an independent variable had a significant effect on two dependent variables, i.e. job performance and organizational agility. So that information and communication technology accounted for 57% of the total variance of job performance and 34% of the total variance of organizational agility explains.

The following research aims to provide a structural model for the development of essential soft skills in agricultural students. In this regard, a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative) was used. In the qualitative part of the research, the data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 19 Participants (faculty members of agricultural majors) who are expert in the subject of research. Participants were selected using purposeful and snowball sampling methods. In qualitative phase, "grounded theory strategy" was used to design the initial model of the research. In the quantitative part of the research, after confirming the reliability and validity of the instrument, data were collected from 384 of the senior students of agricultural majors. In order to evaluate the research model, Structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach was used. The results of the research confirmed the research model. Based on this model, the factors affecting on essential soft skills and essential soft skills consequences for agricultural students were clarified.

The present applied research has been carried out in order to identify the indicators of effective teaching, using a survey method and a questionnaire. The questionnaire included a total of 105 questions, 7 of which are related to personal characteristics and the rest of the questions are related to three sections: professional skills (26 questions), general teaching skills (36 questions) and technical skills (25 questions). The statistical population of the research includes agricultural faculty members of Bu Ali Sina (N=80) and Razi (N=72) universities. To determine the sample size, Morgan's table was used, and a total of 129 faculty members from Bu Ali Sina (66) and Razi (63) universities were selected as research samples. Data analysis was done in two sections of descriptive and analytical statistics using SPSS22 and smartPLS3 software. The results showed that the most important indicators of effective teaching on teaching technical skills include: having a lesson plan and program for teaching and commitment to it, considering discipline and consistency in presenting lessons, linking the lesson content with the needs of the agricultural community. About general teaching skills, the most important were: openness of the professor, flexibility towards students' conditions, establishing close communication with students; and the most important indicators of effective teaching on the teaching profession include: determining the time, conditions and position of the class by the teacher, clarifying transparent instructions during teaching, the teacher's expertise on the course subjects. In the structural model of the research, the components of professional skills, technical skills and general skills had a positive and significant relationship with the "effective teaching" component with the impact coefficient of 0.70, 0.27, and 0.19, respectively.
