According to the literature, the investigation of the role of technical skills in the perceived employability of agricultural students has been neglected by researchers. according to this, the main purpose of this research was to investigate the role of technical skills on the perceived employability of agricultural students. The statistical population of this applied research consists of fourth-year undergraduate agricultural students in the public universities of Iran in the academic year 2021-2022. The sample size was selected using the inverse square root method and multi-stage sampling method (n=384).The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, whose content validity was approved by a panel of experts, as well as calculating the factor loading and the divergent validity and discriminant validity and reliability tests through the calculation of ordinal theta and composite reliability (θ>0.7). Structural equation modeling and finite Mixture algorithm (FIMIX-PLS) were used in data analysis. The results showed that technical skills have a statistically significant relationship with the perceived employability of agricultural students. Also, By discovering the classes of intangible heterogeneity in the context of the research data, it was determined that the power of explaining the perceived employability of agricultural students by technical skills is very low for 79.2% of the studied students and very high for 20.8% of them. The analysis showed that the two groups differ from each other based on interest in the field of study. The obtained results can be used in planning for the movement of agricultural higher education institutions towards training employable students.

In recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic has heightened the significance of virtual education in transforming higher education patterns. Consequently, the higher education system in agriculture, which relies on hands-on activities, requires a specific understanding of its audience’s behavior to enhance learning outcomes. The current research, adopting a quantitative perspective and a causal approach, has analyzed students' behavior towards Learning Management Systems in higher agricultural education during the academic year 2023. The research instrument was a questionnaire based on the amalgamation of the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Technology Acceptance Model, the face validity of which was confirmed by university and industry experts, and its convergent and divergent validity confirmed with an AVE of 0.659to0.881. Additionally, the reliability of all research components was estimated to be satisfactory with an ordinal theta coefficient of 0.715to0.921 and a CR of 0.852 to 0.950. Data required from 385 students currently enrolled in public agricultural universities (N=9819) were collected using stratified random sampling and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. Research findings indicated that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness but does not affect the behavioral intention to use the LMS education system. Furthermore, other model-derived components, such as perceived usefulness, perceived control, and subjective norms, have a significant positive effect on the mediator behavioral intention, ultimately explaining 71 percent of the actual behavior dependent variable. Based on the results, recommendations were put forth to strengthen the effective components and improve accessibility to the Learning Management System.

This combined research was conducted with the main purpose of presenting a model for improving the teaching motivation of agricultural faculty members in public universities in the west of Iran. In the qualitative phase, the grounded theory was used, which led to the identification of the components of the model for improving the educational motivation of faculty members. The research method in the quantitative phase was causal-correlation. The population of the qualitative part was faculty members who had managerial experience and were familiar with motivational topics. After deep interviewing 19 of them, a threshold of usefulness was obtained. The statistical population of the quantitative part was 486 faculty members of agricultural faculties in the west of the Iran. Sample members were selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique (n= 215). The data of the quantitative part was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire based on the findings of the qualitative phase. Data analysis in the qualitative part was done through three stages of open, axial and selective coding using MAXQDA software. In the quantitative part, SPSS18 software was used to check individual characteristics and partial least squares method using Smart PLS3 software was used to test the measurement, structural model and test the hypotheses. The research findings in the qualitative part led to the identification of 50 indicators in the form of seven categories of structural, professional, psychological, environmental, social, managerial and scientific factors. The findings of the quantitative part of the research showed that all seven research hypotheses are confirmed.

The high school student community should be considered as the biggest national capital of a country. Of the most important choices of students at the end of the first period of high school is choosing the field of study to continue studying at the second period of high school. This study was conducted with the aim of studying the academic motivation of agricultural high school students in Alborz province in the academic year of 2023- 2024. The statistical population of the research was all the high school students of the mentioned fields in Alborz province (127 persons) who were selected by census. In this research, academic motivation was measured based on autonomy theory. The research method was descriptive- correlation. The tool for data collection was a questionnaire. Vallerand Bissonnette's 28-item scale was used to measure the dependent variable of the research (academic motivation. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that academic self-concept with a coefficient of 0.22, interest in the field of study with a coefficient of 0.245, and attitude towards continuing education with a coefficient of 0.294 had a positive and significant effect on students' academic motivation. In total, these three variables predicted 41.2 percent of the variance of the dependent variable. Applying interviews on behalf of agricultural training centers in order to select the most motivated students to continue studying in agricultural fields is one of the suggestions of this research.
