The entrepreneurship literature shows that entrepreneurial intention has important effect on entrepreneurship behavior. Therefore, it is important to identify factors influencing entrepreneurial intention. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy belief and entrepreneurial intention with mediating role of entrepreneurial attitude. This study, in terms of purpose, is considered as an applied research and in terms of data collection is field study. The statistical population consisted of 2000 agricultural and natural resources students in 2013-2014 academic year, among which, 145 students were randomly selected based on Cochran's formula. Data collection tool was questionnaire, that’s face validity was confirmed by a panel of agricultural extension and education experts, and its reliability was confirmed through calculating ordinal alpha and composite reliability coefficients (α = 0.702 - 0.906 and C= 0.801 - 0.904). The results showed that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy belief and entrepreneurial intention. Also, the mediating role of entrepreneurial attitude in the relationship between self efficacy belief and entrepreneurial intention was confirmed.

Entrepreneurial self-efficacy increase entrepreneurship’s abilities to identify the opportunities of entrepreneurial, resources management and deal with existents challenges around the whole of entrepreneurial process. In other side, scholars argued that the curriculum components created different opportunity for students to expanded different side of their entrepreneurial self-efficiency. Nonetheless, still we don’t have enough knowledge about the role of curriculum components as heart of university centers on students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigating impact of curriculum components on students’ Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy in Alborz agricultural technical higher education centers. Statistical population of this research was consisted of 2004 Students; from that 178 students were selected as sample by using stratified random sampling. The main tool of this study was made questioner that its face and content validity confirmed by panel of experts and its construct validity confirmed by using explanatory factor analysis (KMO = 0.724; P= 0. 000). The questioner readability confirmed by ordinal theta. Data was analyzed by SPSS software. Findings of correlation analysis indicated a positive statistically significant relationship between teaching methods, education contents, Educators, evaluation and student entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy. Regulations and physical environment components did not play an important role in Students entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy. Results from ordinal regression analysis indicated that educational content, Educators and teaching methods -based on McFadden statistic- explained 27.4% of the variance of students’ entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy.

The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial capacity among the agricultural students at Arak University. Quasi-experimental method was applied in this research. The statistical population consisted of 500 B.Sc. agricultural students in the 1394-95 academic year, from which 107 students were determined by Bartlett table as the research sample and were selected by applying simple random sampling technique. A questionnaire was developed to gather data. Validity and reliability of the research instrument were confirmed based on the evaluation of a panel of experts and ordinal alpha coefficient (α=0.80-0.85), respectively. The findings of research indicated that motivating oneself and managing emotions of students need further attention. The results of Spearman correlation coefficient analysis revealed that there was a positive significant relationship between self-awareness, managing emotions, motivating oneself, empathy, social skills and total emotional intelligence and students' entrepreneurial capacity. Ordinal regression analysis results revealed that the two variables of managing emotions and prior experiences of family members in starting business accounted for 52% to 70% probability of variation in the entrepreneurial capacity of students.

Several factors affect academic achievement of agricultural high school students and by identifying these factors, the possibility of effective educational planning could be achieved. The purpose of this cause- correlational study was to investigate the impact of creativity, achievement motivation and emotional intelligence on the academic achievement of students. The statistical population consists all 187 agricultural high school students in Zanjan Province which 135 of them were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan sampling table and applying randomized stratified sampling method. The research tool had four sections which its validity was confirmed by a panel of related experts. A pilot study was conducted and calculated ordinal coefficient thetas were at the appropriate level (θ= 0.79- 0.82). Data were analyzed with Spsswin21 by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results revealed that there was a significant correlation between mother’s education level, interest toward major, daily hours of study, emotional intelligence, achievement motivation and creativity with academic achievement of students. There was a significant difference of students of different majors in terms of academic achievement and student of medicinal plants was in first rank of academic achievement. Results of logistic regression analysis revealed that interest toward major; achievement motivation and creativity in equation are able to predict academic achievement of students in either of the good, or weak to an extent of more than 80.7% correctly.

In order to rural development and farmers’ wellbeing, Jihad Agricultural Centers play an important role in educating and increasing farmers’ knowledge and information. This study was conducted to investigate farmers’ motivation for attending in educational programs of Jihad Agricultural Centers. Farmers of Mazandaran province included research population (N= 336532), using Kerejcie & Morgan Sampling Table 384 person were determined as sample size and to increase confidence they were raised to 414 farmers that were selected by multistage random sampling. This study is a semi-experimental research and the survey technique was used to gather data. Research instrument was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed with experts and university professors. The Ordinal Theta coefficients (θ = 0.756 - 0.898) revealed the suitable reliability of measuring instrument. Investigation of farmers’ motivation in four components showed that idealistic and physiological motivations had a higher average than the pleasure and recognition motivations. Using cluster analysis farmers divided to 3 homogeneous groups and analysis of variance test showed these groups significantly differ in variables that used for clustering. Ordinal regression in these clusters revealed that recognizing the problems of attendance, attitude toward personnel of Jihad Agricultural Centers, , visiting the Jihad Agricultural Centers, taking responsibility in the village, and the number of household members had main role in predicting farmers’ motivation, also 15.2 to 83.5 percent of variation in dependent variable were predicted by these variables.

Organizational culture is a system of shared understanding of an organization and as one of the important factors affecting on the professional behavior of the organization employees. The main aim of this research was to study the impact of organization culture on educators’ professional behavior at Scientific Applied Agricultural Higher Education Centers of Jihad-e Agriculture in the Fourth Region Iran. The statistical population was composed of 560 faculty members and educators of the Institute of Applied Scientific Higher Education in 2013-2014 academic years, out of which 99 of them were determined according to Cochran’s formula by stratified random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire that’s validity was confirmed by a panel of experts. To confirm its reliability, 30 questionnaires were filled out in the Imam Khomeini branch of the Institute of Applied Scientific Higher Education in Karaj. Ordinal theta coefficient was calculated. Pearson Correlation test revealed that components of organizational culture including personal creativity, risk-taking, leadership, coherence, management support, control, identity, bonus criticism system had positive, significant relationship with educators’ professional behavior. According to the results of regression analysis, only six variables were qualified to be included in regression equation. They accounted for 64.5% of the variance of professional behavior-related variable. Three variables of bonus system, identity and leadership had positive impact and three variables of criticism, control and management support had negative impact.

Urban farmers are citizens living in city that produce agricultural crops within the city and its outlying areas. The purpose of this study was to identify the educational needs of urban farmers. In this study, Descriptive-survey method was used in this study. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of academic experts. Pre-test and calculating the theta reliability was used to measure the reliability (θ= 0.92). Urban farmers in Zanjan city formed the population of the study (N=2300) and the sample size was estimated by using Cochran's formula (n=150). Samples were selected using cluster sampling method. Results showed that the most important educational needs of urban farmers based on C.V were: how to combat pests and plant diseases, crop cultivation principles, principles of proper irrigation, non-chemical and biological ways of fighting pests, spraying operation principles and familiarity with a variety of pesticides and their use. Result of correlation analysis showed that there is significant and positive relationship between educational needs and level of education and interest to urban agriculture and there is no significant relationship between educational needs and age, the space for urban agriculture and urban agriculture experience. The result of U test showed that educational needs of people participating in at least one agricultural training courses were significantly less than those without experience in agricultural training course. According to the results there is no significant difference in terms of educational needs between the citizens of the three areas of the city.

The main purpose of this research was to study the effect of learning orientation and work passion on agricultural students’ entrepreneurial intention. The statistical population consisted of all M.Sc. students in agriculture faculty of Zanjan University in 2015- 2016 academic year (N=489). According to Bartlett table, a sample size of 220 was determined and randomly selected using a stratified sampling method with proportional allocation (n=220). Data were collected using the standard questionnaires (after adjusting the questions with the field of research). Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. Construct validity and composite reliability of the research instrument were tested by estimating the measurement model and sustained after making necessary corrections. The data were processed using SPSSwin20 and AMOS20, then analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicated that majority of students’ entrepreneurial intention was at low and medium levels. Also, the results showed that learning orientation and work passion had a positive and significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial intention explaining about 61 percent of its variances.

Information literacy is known as one of the basic life skills in the new millennium and for students, information literacy, critical need for access to information in today's information society. This study aimed to investigate comparative relationship of information literacy with motivation and academic achievement of agriculture and natural resources students with other graduate students at the university of Sistan and Baluchestan. Research method was causal-correlation and that was done by questionnaire. Statistical population included all of graduate students at university of Sistan and Baluchestan in the academic year 2015-16 (N=2053). A sample of 323 of all graduate students at university of Sistan and Baluchestan were selected by Cochran sampling method. Research instruments included information literacy and academic motivation questionnaires. To data analysis, Kruskal Wallis, Tukey, Spearman correlation coefficient were used by SPSS21. The results showed that there is no significant difference between agriculture and natural resources students' information literacy, motivation and academic achievement with other students. Considering the role of women especially rural women in environment protection, recognizing the educational needs and related trainings for them is necessity. The purpose of this research was to investigating educational needs of Ilam rural women on environment protection. This quantitative and applied analytical research was conducted. The statistical population of this research included all rural women in Ilam Township (N=13400). Using proportionate stratified random sampling method and based on Cochran formula, 150 of them were selected as the sample. Research instrument to collect data was questionnaire that its content validity confirmed by an expert panel and convergent validity confirmed by calculating CR= 0.87 and AVE=0.79. Ordinal theta (using R software), was calculated to measure reliability of the questionnaire (Θ =0.79 - 0.87). In order to determine educational needs, Bourich model was used. The results showed that rural women need training in all five components of environment protection, including protection of water, air, soil, maintaining species diversity of vegetative and animal and protecting forests and ranges. Comparison between two groups of rural women who participated and did not participate in related extension education courses using mann-whitney U, showed that there was significant difference between the two groups. Based on the findings of ordinal regression, two variables of education and use of radio and television had significant effect on the probability of indicating rural women’s educational needs
