Studying determinants of entrepreneurial intention and behavior represents a central topic in entrepreneurship literature. Although creativity is often seen as a core part of entrepreneurship process, its role has not been explored by using a valid theoretical framework until now. Drawing on the theory of planned behavior, this study investigates the role of creativity in shaping and developing entrepreneurial intention and its antecedents. The statistical population of this research consisted of 1450 senior agricultural students at four public universities in the west of Iran (N=1450). According to Daniel’s formula, a sample of 300 students was chosen through random stratified sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. Also, reliability of the research instrument was determined using ordinal Theta coefficient (θ =0.81-0.87). The results of structural equation modeling indicated that perceived behavioral control and attitudes toward entrepreneurship were significantly related to entrepreneurial intention, while the relationship between subjective norms and entrepreneurial intentions was not statistically significant. The results also showed that creativity was significantly related to attitudes toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavioral control. Moreover, structural equation modeling showed that creativity indirectly related to entrepreneurial intentions via perceived behavioral control and attitudes toward entrepreneurship. Findings highlight the role of creativity in developing entrepreneurial intention and contribute to the Theory of Planned Behavior and have some implications for entrepreneurship education.

Educational achievement of Students is influenced by several factors, including their learning style and creativity. By knowing the type of learning style, creativity and their relationship with educational achievement, purposive learning is happened which Consist the purpose of this descriptive- correlational study. Research tool was a questionnaire, including personal and academic characteristics of students, Index of Kolb Learning Styles and Index of Torrance Creativity. Validity of indexes was approved because of their frequent use in previous studies. A pilot study was conducted and calculated ordinal coefficient theta was at the appropriate level (ϴ≥0.85) for different parts of questionnaire. The statistical population consist 724 undergraduate students in the faculty of agriculture, University of Zanjan from which 217 students were selected randomly as sample using Cochran formula under stratified randomized sampling method. Results showed that learning styles of assimilation (39.6 percent), accommodation (34.6 percent), divergent (14.5 percent) and convergent (11.5 percent) were the first to fourth dominant learning style among students, respectively. The majority of students (81.6 percent) had average and lower than the average of creativity in total. According to Kruskal Wallis test, there was no significant meaningful deference between students of different learning styles regarding their creativity. Results of logistic regression analysis revealed that creativity, significantly and positively affect the educational achievement, while learning style had no meaningful effect on educational achievement. Creativity, in equation, is able to predict educational achievement of students in either of the good, or weak to an extent of more than 77.9 percent correctly.

The aim of this study was to investigate the causality relationship between agricultural educated labor and total factor productivity growth in Iran’s Agricultural Sector. The statistic of population was the educated labors in Iran’s Agricultural Sector during the period of 1981-2013. Using Johansen-Juselius co-integration test, the relationship between educated labor and total factor productivity growth in Iran’s agricultural sector was examined. Also, to examine causal relationship between educated labor and total factor productivity growth, Granger Causality test was applied. The results of Johansen-Juselius co-integration test showed that there is a positive long run co-integration relationship between the mentioned variables. Also, based on the Granger Causality test was confirmed relationship between educated labor and total factor productivity growth in the Iranʼs Agricultural Sector. Vector error correction model results indicated significant effect of educated labor on total factor productivity growth in short run. So, educated labor, by increasing productivity growth, leads to increasing production and development of the Agricultural Sector. Therefore, policy and planning in the field of education and labor guidance and transfering their information and knowledge to farmers is recommended.

The main purpose of this study was to survey and compare the view point of agricultural undergraduates towards current and desirable status of entrepreneurship curriculum. Therefore, this applied research was a descriptive-analytical type that has been done by a surveying method. The statistical samples included 122 agricultural undergraduates on various disciplines which participated in the entrepreneurship curriculum at Bu-Ali Sina, Razi and Kurdistan Universities in 2013-2014 academic year. Because of the limited study's population a consensus method was used. Data were collected through a questionnaire structured in six parts. The validity of the questionnaire's questions was verified by a group of experts and the reliability of the questionnaire during a pre-test was calculated by Ordinal Alpha test through R software (α=0.71-0.94). Findings indicated an improper status of entrepreneurship education in view point of agricultural undergraduates regarding the goals, contents, teaching methods, and evaluation of learning outcomes. There was also a significant difference when current and desirable situations were compared in terms of first three mentioned items. The target students believed that the content of entrepreneurship course should include business units' management compatible to agricultural fields; this course also should be offered as applied subjects, with practical teaching methods, workshops and discussion and invite outside entrepreneurs for participation to teach entrepreneurship course at the university.

Adequate knowledge about the information needs and seeking behavior of users is vital for developing library collections, services and facilities to meet their information needs effectively. So, the purpose of this descriptive study was to investigate information-seeking behavior of educators in education-research activities. The research instrument was structural questionnaire with close-ended questions, which its validity and reliability was confirmed. The target population of this study consisted of educators (including teachers, instructors and faculty members) of agricultural-jihad educational center of Fars province (N=180) out of which, a number of 101 people were selected as statistical sample in a stratified sampling method by using Israel’s table (n=101). The result of research indicated that improving skills of teaching was the main educators' motivation of searching information. In addition, Persian books and internet were the main information sources using in teaching and research activities by educators, respectively. On the other hand, these results showed that the more than four fifth of respondents was using Google explorer engine to utilize web-based Persian journals. Furthermore reliable sources were the main criteria for using information sources. Low speed in being connected to internet, being scattered of libraries, and lack of accessing to full text of papers in journals were three top barriers in searching information stated by educators. Inferential results show there were statistical differences between the educators' use amount of information sources on the research activities regarding their education level and employment status.
