Abstract The main purpose of this study was to explore extension- training factors affecting the agricultural water management in Hamadan's potato production. This research has been done through a surveying method and data were gathered through a questionnaire tool. The study's population included 2341 potato farmers around Hamedan, which of those 330 samples were selected based on Cochran formula by a simple randomized sampling method. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a team of agricultural experts and professors in agricultural extension and education department of Bu-Ali Sina University. The reliability of the research instrument was determined using Ordinal theta coefficient (θ= 0/80-0/95). The results of the factor analysis showed that the factors affecting on agricultural water management can be classified in 6 groups. These were: the mass media factor, quality of extension services centers, experts' skills, local institutions and social networks, visit system, and training courses. These factors explained 70 percent of the total variance changes. Results from ordinal regression analysis indicated that knowledge, extension-training factors, and attitudes explained 25 percent of the probability of variance of agricultural water management variable.

This study was designed to investigate agriculture students’ satisfaction regarding teaching-learning process. To achieve these goals, The European Customer Satisfaction Model (ECSM) was used, as one of the most widely used model for investigating the relationship between perceived quality, value, and satisfaction. The study was designed as a cross-sectional survey. The population of interest consists of 320 MSc students from Khuzestan agriculture sciences and natural resources university based on Krejcie and Morgan sampling table 175 students selected through a simple random sampling method. The data were collected through a structured questionnaire which was developed. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of experts from related disciplines. To determine the reliability of the various sections of the questionnaire, the ordinal theta coefficient was used (θ= %87- %95). Descriptive analysis revealed that students' satisfaction regarding university teaching and learning process was moderate to high. Structural Equation modelling using Amos24 showed that perceived value was most important predictor of student satisfaction while student’ expectations had most indirect predictor of the student’ satisfaction, The findings yield educational policy and recommendations for stimulating high educational quality among universities.

The sustainable agriculture has been noted by researcher long ago from viewpoint of educational, policy making, social, economic and environmental aspects. This research aimed at analyzing barriers of sustainable production of grain corn in Qazvin Province. The research method is causal-relationship and the statistical population include 987 grain corn producers in Qazvin Province which has been selected using Cochran formula as the statistical sample. The required data was collected using a questionnaire through random sampling method. The validity of the questionnaire was determined based on the comments of experts in agricultural promotion and education department affiliated to Qazvin Province Agricultural Organization and its reliability was determined using ordinal theta coefficient 0.89. The data was processed by AMOS/SPSS software. Results obtained from Spearman Correlation Analysis and structural equation indicated that lacking films and documentaries (educational factor), intermediaries (economic factor), lacking structure for participation of producers (from social viewpoint), failing to cultivate resistant types (agricultural aspect) and lacking accurate regulations for using chemical fertilizers are among main policy making barriers for sustainable grain corn production. The ordinal regression analysis showed that the agricultural (lack of preventing pests and diseases through cultivating resistant varieties), social (lack of suitable conditions for corn producers in decision making and planning) and educational (providing films and documentaries regarding scientific training for using natural products) factors affect barriers of sustainable grain corn production. These variable may explain in total 13-46% of dependent variable changes.

In this research, the relationship between motivational beliefs and self-motivation strategies was investigated. The statistical population of this study was students of agricultural schools of Tehran and Alborz (425 people). The sample size was estimated using Cochran's formula of 205 people who were selected by random sampling method with appropriate assignment. Completed a questionnaire that included three sections, individual characteristics, self-motivation strategy (environmental control, increased interest, self-reward, self-talk strategy for implementation, self-talk strategy for skills acquisition) and motivational beliefs (perceived value and competence). In order to verify the reliability of the instrument, the combination reliability (CR) and Cronbach's alpha (α) were used. Also, the content validity of the instrument was measured by the professors of the Agricultural Extension and Education Department of Tehran University and the construct validity through the mean of the extracted variance (AVE) Was investigated. For data analysis Lisrel software and SPSS software were used. The structural equation model showed that the dimensions of motivational beliefs have a positive and significant relationship with the application of motivational strategies; competence and perceived value can be 19, 2, 8, 28, 15 and 15 percent of the variance of interest increase strategies, environmental control Self-reward, self-talk strategy, and self-talk to learn skills.

. In recent decades, special emphasis has been placed on qualitative methodology to overcome these problems. One of the most important qualitative research strategies is the theory of grandeur. The theory of theory plays an important role in identifying the hidden and obscure dimensions of the subject. Despite this, generally, quantitative research methods were used in academic research and the use of qualitative research from Academic research has encountered barriers and challenges. In this regard, this research was conducted as a barrier to using the qualitative research method in academic research. The statistical population of this study was the statistical community of this study, which was composed of professors and Ph.D. students of agricultural extension and agricultural education and agricultural development. They were selected by snowball sampling (chain reference). The interview was used to collect data. In this study, 16 faculty members and PhD students were interviewed, interviewed by asking questions about the barriers to using the qualitative research method in academic research (open interview) and the remaining questions were based on the responses of the interviewee. Data analysis was based on Strauss and Queen's paradigm model. The results of the study finally presented as a model with a lack of tendency to qualitative research in academic studies. In this model, the causative conditions, intervener and dominant context were identified and the main category in this model was tendency to qualitative research and the interaction of interactions was related to the component of educational system improvement.

The statistical population of the study consisted of agricultural students in the agricultural departments of the west of the country who were instructors (381=N), using the Morgan and Krejci tables, the sample size was estimated at 285 people. The second group consisted of faculty members who had an apprenticeship course at the universities and, due to their limited use, the census method was used. The third group included employers in the organizations that trainees had referred to their directorate to attend the internship, which were 63 one of them was selected by simple random sampling method. In the second part of the questionnaire, the attitude, satisfaction, apprenticeship problems of traineeship characteristics and occupational skills of students were examined from the students' point of view. In the third part of the questionnaire, the factors of improvement of the internship period were asked from employers and faculty members. To measure the reliability of the questionnaire, a tentative t test was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire through a pre-test, and through R software for different sectors (θ =. /84 to ./95). The means showed that satisfaction of students from internship courses is low based on the results of exploratory factor analysis. Improvement of the internship period was a collaborative, managerial, economic and governmental-supporting factors based on the results of linear regression of three management, economic and governmental factors - Support for more explanatory power than other factors in the improvement of apprenticeships.

This research was carried out to explain a conceptual model for training opportunity recognition by university technological startups in agriculture in Golestan province. This research as a mixed method research has been done in two phases in 2018. The first phase as a qualitative research was performed through descriptive phenomenology method. Semi-structured deep interviews were implemented to collect data. Statistical population of this research consisted of 100 university technological agro-startups in Golestan province (N=100). Through purposeful sampling, 40 students were selected as sample or interviewee. Data collection process was continued until reaching theoretical saturation and usefulness threshold of available information. Based on Colaizzi's method, the qualitative thematic content analysis was carried out to analyze the collected data. In the second phase of research, using, a questionnaire containing characteristics of the respondents and five dimensions of opportunity recognition behavior was compiled based on the first phase findings and filled by respondents for completion. Data were analyzed using descriptive (frequency and percentage) and inferential (non-parametric Friedman tests) with SPSS software. The findings of research led to the extraction of five dimensions of opportunity recognition education: entrepreneurial opportunity features (perception of opportunity); entrepreneurial opportunity assessment criteria; capabilities associated with entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and exploitation; determinants of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and exploitation; and learning trajectories for entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and exploitation. In order to summarize research findings, extraction and categorization of main representative themes of the five dimensions were made in the form of a conceptual model.
