چکیده

کاوش در ادبیات اشتغال‏پذیری نشان می‏‏ دهد که شواهد تجربی در زمینه بر همکنش مهارت‏های نرم اندک بوده و به همین سبب بررسی این موضوع دارای اهمیت است؛ زیرا، می‏ تواند نقش مهمی در آموزش و توسعه مهارت‏های نرم داشته باشد. در این پژوهش علّی ارتباطی با دیدمان کمّی، تأثیر مهارت‏های‌ نرم یادگیری و ارتباطی بر مهارت‌های نرم هوش هیجانی در دانشجویان کشاورزی بررسی شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان سال آخر دوره کارشناسی همه ‏ی گرایش‏های کشاورزی در دانشگاه‏های دولتی، تشکیل دادند. نمونه آماری پژوهش مشتمل بر 384 تن است که با بهره‏ گیری از روش معکوس ریشه مربع و روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله‏ای انتخاب شدند. ابـزار تحقیق پرسشـنامه‏ای با مقیـاس لیکـرت پنـج سـطحی بـود که روایی شکلی آن بــا نظرخواهــی از متخصصــان و نیز سنجش بار عاملی و انجـام آزمون‏های روایی تشـخیصی و روایی واگرا و پایایی آن نیز با سنجش تتای ترتیبی و پایایی ترکیبی بررسـی و تایید شـد(61/0- 53/0= AVEو 84/0- 78/0= CR). داده‏های گردآوری شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون‏های کروسکال والیس، من‏ ویتنی و مدل‏بندی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS-SEM)، در نرم افزارهای SPSS و Smart Pls پردازش شدند. یافته‏های مدل‏بندی معادله‏ های ساختاری‏ نشان دادند که مهارت‏های نرم ارتباطی و مهارت‏های نرم یادگیری اثر قابل توجهی در پیش بینی مهارت‏های نرم هوش هیجانی دانشجویان دارند. این یافته، بخشی از معمّای (پازل) اثرگذاری مهارت‏های نرم بر دیگر مهارت‏های نرم دانشجویان کشاورزی را روشن می‏کند. آشکارسازی سازوکار اثرگذاری مهارت‏های نرم ارتباطی و یادگیری بر مهارت‏های نرم هوش هیجانی، به سبب آنکه دلیلی منطقی را برای تمرکز بر روی معدودی از مهارت‏های نرم ارائه می‏دهد، می‏تواند توسعه مهارت‏های نرم را در آموزش عالی کشاورزی آسان کند.

Exploring the employability literature shows that there is little empirical evidence on the interaction of soft skills, and for this reason, it is important to investigate this issue; Because it can play a significant role in teaching and developing soft skills. In this causal correlational research, the effect of learning and communication soft skills on emotional intelligence soft skills in agricultural students was investigated. Final-year undergraduate students of all agricultural fields in public universities constituted the statistical population of this survey and quantitative research. The statistical sample of the research included 384 people who were selected using the inverse square root method and the multi-stage sampling method. The research tool was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, whose formal validity was approved by a panel of experts, as well as calculating the factor loading and the discriminant validity and divergent validity and reliability tests through the calculation of ordinal theta and composite reliability. The results of structural equation modeling showed that communication soft skills and learning soft skills have a significant effect in predicting students' emotional intelligence soft skills. This finding clarifies a part of the puzzle of the effect of soft skills on other soft skills of agricultural students. Revealing the mechanism of the effect of communication and learning soft skills on emotional intelligence soft skills, can facilitate the development of soft skills in agricultural higher education because it can provide a rational reason for focusing on a few soft skills.
