چکیده

هدف این تحقیق هم‌خوان‌سنجی آموزش‌های تخصصی ضمن خدمت مؤسسه تحقیقات واکسن و سرم‌سازی رازی در جهت بهبود فرآیند تولید فرآورده‌های بیولوژیک برگزار شده در این مؤسسه می‌باشد. این تحقیق یک مطالعه با دیدمان کمی با الگوی شبه آزمایشی است و ابزار گردآوری داده‌های پرسشنامه ساختارمند محقق‌ساخت بود که در آن در بخش اول، ویژگی‌های فردی فراگیران از جمله جنس، سن، میزان تحصیلات، رشته تحصیلی و ویژگی‌های شغلی شامل پست سازمانی، سابقه کار و سابقه همکاری در مؤسسه رازی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. هم چنین، عناوین دوره‌های آموزشی گذرانده شده توسط فرد پاسخگو و میزان رضایت آنان از دوره‌ها در مؤلفه‌های آموزشی شامل نیازسنجی و اطلاع‌رسانی، محتوا و سرفصل، مدرسان، زمان و مکان اجرای دوره آموزشی، رسانه و کمک آموزشی، اموررفاهی، شیوه ارزشیابی پایان دوره و در بخش سوم پرسشنامه میزان بهبود عملکرد شغلی و میزان ارتقای دانش و مهارت در انجام وظایف شغلی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. در مورد هر کدام از مؤلفه‌ها سؤالاتی متناسب با موضوع مؤلفه های آموزشی مطرح و میزان رضایت فراگیر با استفاده از بازه لیکرت شامل خیلی کم تا خیلی زیاد مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. نمونه آماری شامل کلیه‌ی شرکت‌کنندگان در هشت دوره تخصصی در راستای عملیات مطلوب تولید که در سه سال‌ منتهی به سال 1402 برگزار شده بودند و طبق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان به تعداد 166 تن بودند. روایی شکلی ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها با بررسی نظرات کارشناسان و پایایی آن پس از آزمون پیشاهنگ با محاسبه ضرایب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ و تتای ترتیبی تأیید شد. داده‌های گردآوری شده با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و ضریب تغییرها) و استنباطی (آزمونهای من وایت‌نی و رگرسیون ترتیبی) تحلیل شدند. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که72 درصد از احتمال واریانس متغیر وابسته اثربخشی آموزش را متغیرهای نیازسنجی و اطلاع‌رسانی، محتوا و سرفصل تبیین نمودند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research project is to evaluate the effectiveness of the specialized training courses held during the years 1402.The present research is in the form of a questionnaire designed by the researchers. The components of the research included: assessment of needs and information, content and heading, instructor, time and place, media and educational assistance, welfare and evaluation. In this questionnaire, the individual characteristics of the studentswere investigated. In addition to, the titles of the training courses passed by the respondent were specified and the components of the training elements were completed in the form of a questionnaire. The investigated components include needs assessment and information, content and heading, instructor, time and place of the training course, media and educational assistance, welfare affairs, how to evaluate the end of the course, the degree of improvement in job performance and the degree of improvement of knowledge and skills in performing tasks. It has been a job. For each of the components, questions appropriate to the topic of the proposed component and the level of overall satisfaction in the form of values including very low, low, medium, high and very high were examined and analyzedTo determine the validity of the data collection tool, face validity was used, and to determine its reliability, the pre-test method and Cronbach's alpha test were used. Sampling was done using stratified random sampling and the sample size was determined using Morgan's table. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS software and descriptivend analytical.
