چکیده

آموزش های حرفه آموزی کشاورزی در برنامه‌های بازپروری مددجویان زندان به شیوه های آموزش سنتی از کیفیت و اثربخشی مناسبی برخوردار نبوده در صورتی‌که آموزش مشارکتی و از طریق فعالیت تیمی موجب افزایش انگیزه و تعمیق یادگیری می شود بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بکارگیری حرفه آموزی کشاورزی تیمی با استفاده از الگوی طرح تدریس اعضای تیم (Team member Teaching Design-TMTD) در زندان اراک انجام شده است.

این پژوهـش از نظر هدف کاربردی و علی - ارتباطی و نیمه‌تجربی می باشد که از طرح تحقیق پیش آزمون- پس-آزمون با گروه کنترل استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی آن با بررسی نظرات کارشناسان خبـره آموزش و حرفه‌آموزی کشاورزی و پایایی آن نیز با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد (0.92= α). جامعه آماری این پژوهش همه‌ی مددجویان در زندان شهرستان اراک، استان مرکزی به شمار 2500 نفر بودند. دو دوره حرفه‌آموزی کشاورزی (آموزش کاشت، داشت و برداشت زعفران و دوره آموزشی پرورش زنبورعسل) به تعداد 108 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه در سال 1402 به‌منظور مقایسه روش‌های آموزش سنتی(مرسوم) و طرح تدریس اعضای تیم (TMTD) تعیین شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد در گروه‌های مورد مقایسه، اثر روش تدریس طرح تدریس اعضای تیم (TMTD) بر پیشرفت حرفه‌ای مددجویان معنی‌دار است. نتایج آزمون‌های مقایسه میانگین نیز حکایت از تفاوت معنی‌دار دو روش تدریس سنتی و تیمی در انگیزه مددجویان جهت شرکت در دوره‌های آموزشی در هر دو دوره پرورش زعفران و زنبور عسل دارد. این مقاله در مورد استفاده از آموزش تیمی در دوره‌های آموزش کشاورزی در زندان و اثرات آن در انگیزه و مشارکت مددجویان در دوره‌های آموزشی و پیشرفت حرفه‌ای آنان در دوره‌های آموزش کشاورزی بحث کرده و مسیری برای استفاده مؤثر از روش‌های تدریس نوین از نوع مشارکتی و تیمی در کلاس‌های آموزش کشاورزی فراهم نموده است.

چکیده [English]

In the rehabilitation programs of prison inmates, traditional education methods are generally used to train prisoners. Learning through participation and team activity is one of the common educational methods in today's era. This study was conducted to use the Team Member Teaching Design (TMTD) model to strengthen and improve the professional development of prisoners in Arak Prison.

Methods: In this semi-experimental study, a pretest and post-test design with a control group was used. They studied samples of prisoners in men's and women's prisons in Arak city and in five training courses (diaphoretic, crystal decorations, women's decorations, saffron cultivation, and bee breeding) in 1402 to compare traditional teaching methods. and the teaching plan was team members (TMTD).

Results: In the compared groups, the effect of the TMTD teaching method on the professional development of prisoners was shown. The results of the average comparison tests also indicate a significant difference between the two teaching methods in the field of strengthening the professional behavior of prisoners in all five training courses. This research discusses the implementation of the team method, the teaching plan of the team members, and its consequences in teaching and provides a path for the effective use of teaching methods to obtain better results in the teaching and learning process in prison vocational classes.
