چکیده

یکی از مهمترین نقش‌های آموزشی مروجان کشاورزی، کمک به مساله‌یابی است که این امر نیازمند توسعه خلاقیت های فردی است. بر اساس نظریه تبادل اجتماعی و نظریه انتظار - تایید می توان نشان داد خلاقیت فردی در تعاملات سازمانی شکل می‌گیرد و تایید این امر به قضاوت های شخصی ارتباط پیدا خواهد نمود. از این‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر خلاقیت سازمانی در توسعة خلاقیت فردی مروجان کشاورزی استان اصفهان با حضور متغیر میانجی پیوند شبکه اجتماعی انجام شد. جامعة آماری این تحقیق مروجان کشاورزی استان اصفهان به‌شمار 170 تن می‌باشد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای استاندارد با طیف لیکرت پنج گزینه‌ای بود که پایایی آن به کمک ضرایب پایایی ترکیبی (CR) و تتای ترتیبی تایید شد. اطلاعات گردآوری شده از طریق مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به روش حداقل مربعات جزیی (PLS-SEM) و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد پیوند شبکه اجتماعی با ایفای نقش میانجی‎گری می‌تواند اثر خلاقیت سازمانی بر خلاقیت فردی را بهتر توضیح دهد. مهم‌ترین یافته تحقیق نشان داد خلاقیت پدیده‌ای سرایتی است که با ایجاد فضای پیوند شبکه اجتماعی در سازمان شکل می‌گیرد. در نهایت نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که نقش میانجی‌گری متغیر پیوند شبکه اجتماعی در فرآیند تبدیل خلاقیت سازمانی و فردی قابل مشاهده است.

چکیده [English]

One of the most important educational roles of the agricultural Extension Agents is problem solving, which requires the development of individual creativity. Based on the theory of social exchange and the expectation – confirmation Theory, organizational exchanges foster individual creativity, and confirmation of this will be related to personal judgments. Hence this study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational creativity in the development of individual creativity extension experts of the social network tie was attended by the mediator. The statistical population of this research is the experts of agricultural extension of Isfahan province is 170 people. The data gathering tool was a standard questionnaire with Likert's five-choice range. Composite reliability and Ordinal Theta Measures showed satisfied reliability. Collected data was analyzed by structural equation modeling with partial least squares method (PLS-SEM). The findings of this study showed that social network tie by mediating role can better explain the effect of organizational creativity on individual creativity. Also, the most important finding of research has shown that creativity is a syndicate phenomenon that forms through the establishment of a social network tie in the organization. Finally, the results of the research showed that the mediation role of the social network tie variable is visible in the process of transforming organizational and individual creativity
