چکیده

رتبه و ارزیابی عملکرد مؤسسات آموزش عالی عمدتا با توجه به مأموریت های آموزش و پژوهش ارزیابی می شود. چرا که شاخص های ارزیابی از این مأموریت‌ها به همراه ابزارها و فنون ارزشیابی از آن‌ها قبلا شناسایی شده است؛ اما ارزشیابی از مأموریت سوم به تاخیر افتاده است و شاخص های ارزیابی و تکنیک های آن مشخص و شفاف نیست. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی، تعریف و انتخاب نشانگرهای ارزیابی مأموریت سوم دانشکده‌های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی و تعیین معیارهایی برای ارزیابی این نشانگرها است. این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد ترکیبی پس از انجام مطالعه کیفی و بهره‌گیری از روش دلفی طی چهار مرحله، به‌منظور تائید شاخص‌ها و معیارهای استخراج شده به انجام مطالعه کمی می‌پردازد. مطابق با نتایج تحقیق شاخص یا نشانگرهای مأموریت سوم در شش بعد شامل پژوهش‌های مشترک و ارائه مشاوره، استفاده از امکانات دانشگاه، تجاری‌سازی و فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه، تبادل دانش و انتشارات غیر دانشگاهی، شبکه‌سازی و تعامل عمومی و ترویج و تسهیل گری قرار می‌گیرد که مقبولیت هر یک توسط سیزده معیار اندازه‌گیری می‌شود. مأموریت سوم در دانشکده‌های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی یک رویکرد چندوجهی فراتر از بعد کارآفرینانه بوده و توانایی پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای ذینفعان متنوع جامعه کشاورزی را دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to identify, define and select evaluation indicators for the third mission of the faculties of agriculture and natural resources and to determine criteria for evaluating these indicators .This research uses a combined approach after conducting a qualitative study and using the Delphi method in four stages, in order to confirm the extracted indicators and criteria, conduct a quantitative study. According to the research results, the indicators of the third mission in seven dimensions include: conducting joint research and consulting, use of university facilities, commercialization and entrepreneurial activities, knowledge exchange and non-academic publications, networking and public interaction and promotion and Facilitation is placed, the acceptability of each being measured by thirteen criteria. According to the findings of the present study, the third mission in the faculties of agriculture and natural resources is a multifaceted approach beyond the entrepreneurial dimension and has the ability to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders in the agricultural community
