چکیده

توسعه آموزش‌های مهارتی در حوزه‌های مختلف شغلی نیازمند استانداردسازی بر مبنای معیارهای ملی و بین‌المللی است. آموزش و تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر در بکارگیری ماشین‌ها و تجهیزات کشاورزی از اهمیت زیادی در ارتقای بهره‌وری عوامل تولید برخوردار است. شناسایی و تدوین استانداردهای شایستگی مورد نیاز کاروران و سنجش توانمندی آنها نخستین گام طراحی و استقرار الگوی کارآمد صلاحیت حرفه‌ای و بکارگیری آن برای پرورش کاروران است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی مراحل کار، تدوین شایستگی‌ها شامل مهارت‌، دانش و نگرش برای آموزش‌های کاربردی استاندارد و بومی‌سازی معیارهای جهانی سنجش حرفه‌ای کاروران است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل شغل و توسعه برنامه درسی (دیکوم) با دیدمان کیفی از نوع تحلیلی انجام شد. افزون بر مطالعات اسنادی برای گردآوری داده‌های تکمیلی از گروه کانونی متشکل از خبرگان موضوعی استفاده شد. تخصص فنی، آشنایی با شرایط واقعی بازار کار، آشنایی با برنامه‌ریزی درسی و آگاهی از سیاست‌ها و افق پیش‌روی حرفه از ویژگی‌ها و معیارهای اصلی گزینش اعضای گروه کانونی بود. شمار هر یک از مجموعه برگزیدگان گروه کانونی (پژوهشگران، مربیان تخصصی، کاروران خبره و مدیران درپیوند با موضوع) با بهره‌گیری از روش گلوله برفی تا رسیدن به یقین تخصصی بی‌تکرار در نظر گرفته شد. گفتمان تخصصی اقناعی اعضای گروه کانونی، روش تفاهم‌سنجی برای استانداردسازی معیارهای شایستگی حرفه‌ای کاوران مزبور بود. از چارچوب‌های روش دیکوم برای پردازش یافته‌های تحقیق استفاده شد. نیز برپایه این سند مسیر پیشرفت شغلی برای کاروران شناسایی و ‌‌در نتیجه، سه شغل با 29 تکلیف مشخص شد. به این ترتیب که برای شغل کارور تراکتور و تیلر 9 تکلیف، برای شغل کارور کمباین 10 تکلیف و برای کارور ادوات کشاورزی و ماشین‌های جنگل‌داری 10 تکلیف شناسایی و تایید شد. ‌‌برای هر تکلیف مراحل کاری و مولفه‌های شایستگی (دانش و مهارت)، صلاحیت نگرشی، ملاحظات ایمنی، محیط زیستی، حفاظتی و تجهیزاتی آموزش شایستگی و سنجش بیرون کشیده شد.

چکیده [English]

Skills training development in various occupational fields requires standardization based on national and international criteria. Identifying and formulating the competency standards required by practitioners and assessing their capabilities is the first step in designing and establishing an efficient model of professional competence and applying it to training practitioners. The aim of this research is to identify the work stages, skill, knowledge and attitudinal competencies, and professional expert trainers to provide practical training and standard educational programs in this field. This research was conducted using job analysis using the curriculum development method (DICOM) with a qualitative perspective of narrative type with an analytical method. A focus group consisting of specialized trainers, expert practitioners, and subject-specific public and private managers was used to collect data. Technical expertise, familiarity with the actual conditions of the labor market, familiarity with issues related to curriculum planning, and awareness of policies and the future horizon of the profession were the main characteristics and criteria for selecting focus group members. The number of each group of selected participants was considered based on the snowball method until reaching the specialized certainty. A consensus assessment was formed to standardize the criteria based on the collective persuasion of the focus group. The DICOM method framework was used to process the findings of the research. With this research, the profession of agricultural and forestry mobile machinery operators was analyzed and competency and assessment standards (professional document) were developed.
