چکیده
هدف این تحقیق، بررسی عامل‌های تاثیرگذار بر انگیزه ادامه تحصیل هنرجویان دختر و پسر دوره دوم متوسطه هنرستانهای وزارت جهادکشاورزی بوده است. دیدمان تحقیق کمّی، به لحاظ ماهیت، کاربردی با رویکرد علّی-ارتباطی اجرا شده است. جامعه آماری کلیه هنرجویان شاغل به تحصیل در پایه‌تحصیلی دهم هنرستانهای دخترانه و پسرانه وزارت جهادکشاورزی در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 به تعداد 214 تن بودند. حجم نمونه این مطالعه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد170 تن از هنرجویان هنرستانهای استان‌های فارس، مازندران و گلستان تعیین شد که از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب مورد نظرخواهی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گـردآوری داده‌هـا پرسشـنامه محقق سـاخته و حاوی پرسـش‌های طراحی شـده منطبق با هدف‌هـا، و متغیرهای پژوهـش و بـا طیـف سـنجش لیکرت پنـج گزینـه‌ای بود و از طریق مصاحبـه حضوری گـردآوری گردیـد. پایایی ابزار تحقیق با محاسبه محاسـبه پایایـی ترکیبـی بـه میـزان87/0 و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (92/0) برای سنجش عامل‌های مؤثر بر انگیزه تحصیل هنرجویان تعیین و برای تعیین روایی از روایی شکلی با نظرخواهی از کارشناسان و اعضای هیات علمی آموزشی مؤسسه آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی انجام شده نشان داد که عامل‌های تاثیرگذار بر انگیزه ادامه تحصیل هنرجویان در هنرستانهای کشاورزی در هفت عامل؛ علاقه به کشاورزی و پیشرفت شغلی، روستازادگی و داشتن پیشینه کشاورزی، اجبار و ناچاری، امکانات رفاهی و رایگان بودن هنرستان، سهولت دسترسی هنرستان، تاثیر سایرین، توصیه دوستان و آشنایان قابل نام‌گذاری می‌باشد. یافته‌های این پژوهش بر اهمیت رویکردی چندوجهی در ارتقای انگیزه تحصیلی هنرجویان هنرستانهای کشاورزی تأکید دارد. با توجه به عوامل شناسایی‌شده، این تحقیق ب پیشنهاد می‌دهد که با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های فعال و مشارکتی تدریس، فراهم آوردن محیط‌های یادگیری عملی، بهبود و تجهیز کارگاه‌ها و امکانات آموزشی، تقویت امید به آینده شغلی از طریق ارتباط مؤثرتر با بازار کار و ارائه مشاوره شغلی مناسب، انگیزه دانش‌آموزان را برای انتخاب رشته کشاورزی افزایش دهند.

Motivations to Enroll in Agricultural High Schools (affiliated Ministry of Jihad-e-Agriculture( from the Students' Perspective

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the motivation to continue education among male and female students in the secondary agricultural high schools depended to the Ministry of Jihad-e Agriculture. This research was conducted as a quantitative, applied study with a causal-comparative approach. The statistical population comprised all tenth-grade students enrolled in the male and female agricultural high schools of the Ministry of Jihad-e Agriculture in the 2024–2025 academic year, totaling 214 students. Using the Cochran formula, a sample of 170 students from high schools in the provinces of Fars, Mazandaran, and Golestan was selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The data collection instrument was a researcher-developed questionnaire containing items designed in accordance with the study objectives and variables, using a five-point Likert scale, and data were collected through face-to-face interviews. The reliability of the instrument was determined by calculating the composite reliability coefficient of 0.87 and Cronbach’s alpha of 0.92 for measuring the factors affecting students’ motivation to continue education. For validity, face validity was established through consultation with experts and faculty members of the Agricultural Education and Extension Institute. The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that the factors influencing students’ motivation to continue their education in agricultural high schools could be classified into seven factors: interest in agriculture and career advancement, rural background and agricultural family history, compulsion and necessity, welfare facilities and free tuition, ease of access to the high school, influence of others, and recommendations from friends and acquaintances.
